As of July 2015, the Office of Boating Safety Transportation Canada changed the system of licensing pleasure crafts in Canada. The new system, called the “Pleasure Craft Electronic Licensing System” is to be completed by the purchaser of the vessel. There is also the ability for dealers to use the new system for licensing boats.
All license applications which were applied before July 12th, 2015 will be processed under the old system...
